OUR STORY
WHAT YEARS IN LUXURY KEPT SHOWING ME?
After working in the luxury industry for years, I kept seeing the same gap.
The best stylists were exceptional at building relationships with their clients. They remembered birthdays, anniversaries, sizes, preferences, past purchases and the small details that made a client feel understood.
That personal knowledge was what created the luxury experience.
But there was no real system helping them manage it.
I watched stylists use Instagram, text messages, DMs and different platforms to stay connected with clients, post looks and keep cultivating those relationships. So much of the work depended on the stylist remembering everything herself.
And I kept thinking, why isn't there one place built specifically for this?
WHAT IF A STYLIST HAD A CLINET BOOK BUILT FOR MODERN STYLING?
That question became LIVLIFE.
I wanted to build a platform where a stylist could save more than a client's name and phone number. Somewhere she could know what's already in her client's closet, see what she'd previously purchased or recommended for them, and keep track of sizes, preferences, birthdays and the dates that matter.
Instead of starting over every time a client booked a session, she'd already understand who she was styling.
That creates a more elevated experience. One that feels personal because it actually is.
AND I WANTED TO REMOVE THE GEOGRAPHIC LIMITS
Working in luxury also showed me how much talent was confined to a physical store or a local client base.
A great stylist in New York shouldn't only be able to work with the people who happen to walk through her door.
I wanted LIVLIFE to connect stylists and clients beyond location, giving talented professionals the ability to build meaningful client relationships across the country and eventually around the world.
WHAT I'M BUILDING
LIVLIFE is more than a place to book a stylist.
It's infrastructure for the relationship between a stylist and a client.
My goal is simple. Take the relationship-driven experience that makes great luxury styling special, give stylists better tools to deliver it, and stop that experience from being limited by who happens to walk through the door.
LIVLIFE isn't open yet. I'm building it carefully so that when it launches, the experience lives up to the reason I started it in the first place.
